Boston’s former “Corporate Reimbursement Systems, Inc.” – (sexy, right?) – sought a new identity system that would help the company scale to a $100 million+ target, and attract the top-tier Millennial workforce they would need to get there. A NEW NARRATIVE

The company name, beyond being unmemorable and boring, did not embody the DNA of the new vision for the company: a comprehensive technology platform for elevating vehicle and expense management. Through our initial research and strategy we defined the company’s core value proposition: keeping the mobile workforce moving.  From that foundation, we created the new name, Motus (Latin for “motion”), and identity system, and a strategic platform to guide all creative communications moving forward.

For relevance in an increasingly mobile world, Motus’ technology focuses on the handheld user experience.  Our visual user interface design and messaging enhance the process and provide a consistently intuitive workflow.

The comprehensive brand guidelines articulate the brand vision and provide approved assets for every communication platform, to support both internal teams and outside agencies. Our scope also included site design, promotions and awards.
